Choosing to get help for a drug and alcohol addiction is the first step in regaining control of your life and moving forward. Because a dependency on drugs and alcohol can hurt your relationships, your career, and your financial safety, the need to get clean and move on is important for your present and your future.

But anyone who has gone through the recovery process can tell you that it isn’t always easy to let go of a drug or alcohol addiction without professional help. A drug rehab facility is almost always necessary for a long and lasting recovery.

Why You Need an Addiction Recovery Facility

Going through addiction recovery can be a long and lonely process. If you don’t have a support system to go along the journey with you, it is easy to fall back into your old habits. Drug rehab centers allow you to establish a community that wants to see you change your lifestyle.

At our addiction treatment facility, you will be given a professional treatment plan to get clean and start living a better life. The entire rehabilitation process will be crafted to fit your unique needs, giving you the best chance of truly changing your lifestyle.

But not all addiction treatment centers are the same. If you want to truly get clean and stop using drugs or alcohol, you will need to select the right addiction recovery center.

Inside Our Process of Rehabilitation

At the Crestview Drug Addiction Services substance abuse treatment facility, each addiction recovery program is customized, but will follow the same basic process. This system is designed to help our clients understand their addiction, treat their addiction, and continue to live addiction-free even after leaving the facility.

Immediately after entering the drug detox clinic, you will enter into the first phase of rehabilitation. This is known as the detox phase. At Crestview Drug Addiction Services, we provide supervised detoxes.

The detox phase allows you to remove drugs or alcohol from your system. Depending on the type and amount of drugs in your system when you entered the facility, the detox process may be uncomfortable and unpleasant. With a supervised detox, we do all that we can to make the phase as easy and quick as possible.

Once the detox is complete, we focus on dual diagnosis mental health treatment for applicable clients. Because roughly half of addictions stem from a mental health problem, we focus on using therapy to uncover the deeper issue that lead to addiction. Through various forms of therapy, we help our clients get to the root of their addiction to better treat or remove it.

Therapy is also a great way to establish a support system and community. Because clients will undergo group therapy or even family therapy, they are able to build new relationships and mend previous relationships that may have been damaged because of their addiction.

Finally, the last phase of rehabilitation is aftercare. Aftercare occurs once the client leaves the facility but it may include some similar therapies and treatments that were presented during initial recovery treatment. This can include group meetings or one-on-one meetings with a therapist.

If you’re ready to remove drugs and alcohol from your life, you will want a unique program designed for you and your needs. With the right approach and support system, you can live a life free of detachment.
